Al LaPorte Jr. is responsible for the overall goal-setting, strategic-planning, and general administration of CMC. He manages all scheduling to ensure timely and efficient completion of contract requirements. He works in conjunction with all key personnel via weekly project status meetings to ensure that project specifications are meeting and exceeding project expectations.

Qualifications:

Education from Southeastern Louisiana University. State of Louisiana Boiler Licensure. State of Louisiana Mechanical Licensure. Over 25 years of mechanical HVAC installation, maintenance, and design.

Work Experience:

Former President and Chief Operating Officer at CMC who held the responsibility of overseeing and managing all aspects of the Service Division at CMC. His responsibilities included directing CMC strategy for growth and customer relationships, while developing new business markets.

Current Chief Executive Officer at CMC providing key leadership over bidding & proposals, project management of active jobs, and effective fiscal authority over the finances of each division. He also creates and enforces company policy to ensure efficiency, safety, and ethical business practice throughout the entire business.
