We received a work order this morning and assigned a technician to the job. I called to give them an ETA and the client informed me that going forward he will only work with CMC Corporate Solutions. He said that we sent a technician out there who was very informative and polite. The technician solved their problem quickly and efficiently while keeping the client in the know. He said we can thank Dwan (CMC Technician) for the continued business because he was outstanding!
