Good Morning,
Yesterday on 10/4/16 we called CMC for service to our In-patient area 30 Ton unit. Jeremy with CMC showed up on time and started performing service. This is the first time that I have contacted a company to inform them of how well their staff service performance was. I’m sure many times companies are called about complaints. I have been a technician in the field myself in the past. So, I am well aware of the level of customer service and job performance customers expect from any company. I feel good to be able to finally tell a company of how happy we were with Jeremy’s level of customer service and job performance. Jeremy went above and beyond to communicate properly and exceed our expectations on all levels. He worked hard, quickly and performed more to our unit than any other service technician I have seen in years and didn’t have to. No one told him to go that extra mile. Coming from someone in my position that is responsible for the work here being performed, I couldn’t be more confident that everything was checked and completed properly. I am happy to see that there are still technicians out there that are putting customer service as a high priority.
