Good Morning John,  Thank You for checking in on us. Robert did an Excellent Job repairing the #1 Chiller and making the necessary adjustments to get it back on line. I have to say this is the best I can remember this McQuay chiller has ever ran. Previously it was always hunting for a temperature set point. Now it maintains a steady temperature and loads up more smoothly than ever before. Please submit a quote for annual chiller maintenance on both chillers to include rodding out tubes, eddy current test, oil sample analysis, megging chiller motor and oil pump motor, leak testing, oil filter replacement on #2 Chiller,  and operational check out and making adjustments to insure proper operation of the 2 units.
